The Movie Club: No. 9

Loyal fans & followers, I am sorry. Yet again I have come in very late on the movie announcement. Do we really care that much though? Nope.

Updates on me, I am 7 months pregnant in middle of busy season and Tim has this new schedule where he is basically always home and that boy is working me to the bone. So between getting all my work done, getting the house ready, trying to figure out how to lower my fasting blood sugar, trying to find a nice looking chair that fits thru a 26” opening and like 50 other very boring things you guys don’t care about, the movie club is low on the list. Even my TV viewing & screen time on my phone is down. It took me like 2 weeks to watch DollFace. I normally watch a show in a day.

Publicly complaining about how long it’s taking me to binge shows is either a high point or very very very low point in my blogging career. I wish this was instastories so I could put up a poll. Honestly tho, I would never complain this much on instagram. Too many people see that. The blog is more personal, I can be more annoying here.

So, Sugar & Spice was fantastic. If you didn’t watch, you should. I especially liked it cause the girl was pregnant and a mess just like me. Again, I am sorry that this movie was far from woke. Don’t shoot the messenger. Just sit back and try to enjoy it. It is a fun easy breezy watch. I love a clever twist on a high school movie. It checked all my boxes.

Now, this one is probably obvious. I was trying to be clever but as we have discussed, I am firing on like .002 cylinders right now so it is what it is. It was one of my favorite movies as a kid but I haven’t watched it in forever. I cant wait to watch!
